Our client, one of the largest automotive suppliers worldwide for engine systems, filtration, electrics, mechatronics, and thermal management, is looking for a: SENIOR CONTROLLER Reporting lines: Solid-line report: Head of Aftermarket Service Solutions EMEA Dotted-line report: Head of Controlling Aftermarket Service Solutions Global Mission : Support definition and implementation of business strategy & performance management Perform & improve planning, budgeting & forecasting and closing activities Derive, implement, monitor and report measures to reach targets Analyze overall regional operations performance, identify potential improvement areas and support optimization measurement definition and implementation Roles & Responsibilities 1.

Reporting and Planning: Monthly closing process management in the local system, SAP, MARS Performing forecasts, budgets and strategic plan Prepare Management presentations for regular reporting deadlines and ad-hoc requests 2.

Cost center / Headcount / Capex planning, monitoring, approval and analysis Marketing, Selling Overheads, Operations Costs budgets planning, monitoring, approval and analysis Headcount and personnel costs planning, monitoring, approval and analysis Administration overheads costs planning, monitoring, approval and analysis Research and Development costs planning, monitoring, approval and analysis Management of Cost Center and G/L account structure and ensure correct booking and reporting of costs Capex planning, monitoring, approval and analysis 3.

Cost of goods sold / Production Costs Management Definition of Productions Costs elements across all production steps Calculation of standard costs for Produced items, Software products and merchandise / spare parts Analysis of deviations (Cost Object variances) to determine impacts on margins/profitability Calculation of Inventory Depreciation at half-year and year-end 4. Business and Internal Control tasks Supporting and implementing defined business strategies Ensuring adequate business control and procedures Increasing understanding of financial concepts to the other team members Liaison with internal and external auditors 5.

Project Management Continuous improvement and implementation of standardized Controlling Processes and Reporting tools Business Case Calculation for new product launches, investments, new market launches, M&A activities Drive and Manage internal projects and report results to Management Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration 10+ years of experience in controlling, finance, accounting, costing or budgeting Relevant experience in Controlling or Finance with international experience in multinational companies preferably in Automotive Manufacturing sector Experienced in using SAP,   advanced Excel skills Ability to work independently and with teams in a global environment Detailed oriented & strong analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines reliably Strong communication and analytical skills Excellent command of English     Manpower e le altre Società di ManpowerGroup garantiscono (ai sensi del D.
