Join us as a Senior Controller at Dedalus, one of the World's leading healthcare technology companies, on our Finance Team hybrid working in Milan, Italy, to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.

What you'll achieve At the heart of Dedalus are its product and R&D teams (grouped into a Product Business Unit or PBU).

With a highly complex operation covering 20 countries and hundreds of products, as a Senior Controller , you will help to keep control of the business and assist in making the right decisions on where to allocate resources.

Responsibilities: Work closely with PBU leaders, Regional leaders, finance, and other shared functions.

Manage the spend of the PBU in collaboration with key leaders in the organization.

Ensure control over staffing strategy (internal/external staff), key third-party spend, and capitalization.

Drive the PBU (and regions) to ensure we produce and sell the right products in the right place and at the right time to maximize our group Cash EBITDA.

What you'll need to succeed: At least 5 years of finance experience.

Willingness to engage and learn outside of core Finance.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Good experience working within a multinational/international business across multiple countries.

Knowledge of additional languages such as French and/or German would be a distinct advantage.

A degree in Economics/Business Administration/Finance.

Experience working within a technology company and/or healthcare environment.

Available to travel nationally and internationally.
