Senior Controller and Reporting Specialist We are recruiting a Senior Controller to work within our Finance department. The position is responsible for the supervision and management of budgeting and financial planning, as well as analysis and control activities, whilst ensuring strategic support of company management. The role involves active involvement in all phases of the reporting and financial planning cycles, with a particular focus on process optimization and the analysis of company performance.

Responsibilities: Preclosing, interim closing and balance sheet activitiesPreparation of periodic reports for managementManaging budgeting and forecasting activitiesBudget deviation analysisLiaising with external auditing companies and banksCo-ordinating the management of administrative and financial activities (including budget drafting)Profit and loss analysisRequirements:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within a structured company or consulting/auditing firm.

Technical skills:

An in-depth knowledge of national (OIC) and international (IFRS) accounting standardsMandatory previous experience with IFRS financial statementsExcellent command of the Office package, advanced Excel skills in particularPreferable experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools (AS 400, Tableau)Italian mother tongue and fluency in English, both written and spokenA master's degree in economics or a related field
