The Position As our Senior Cost Lead you will coordinate and set standards for project controls in alignment with organisational standards.

You will report directly to Director of Project Management Office & Project Controls.

We are looking for two people to join our team.

Additionally, you will: Lead the implementation and management of project cost controls, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective cost control and resource management.

Apply continuous improvement practices to maintain and enhance cost management systems.

Support the development and updating of cost procedures for the Project Control Plan and other relevant documents.

Drive the implementation of IT systems for cost management in collaboration with the Global Systems team.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must present a high level of adaptability and creativity in analysing business challenges to reach innovative, data-supported, and cost-effective decisions.

You must possess an effective communication and cooperation skills to be used across all levels in the organization.

You should also have:  Master's degree in finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable.

10+ years' experience in project management combined with finance and control of high budgets.

Strong detail orientation and multi-tasking abilities.

Certification such as PMP, CCP, CEP, or similar – advantage.

Proficiency in SAP system – advantage.

Fluency in Italian and English.
