Job Description Your to-do list:

Follow a project from start to endOversee multiple projects (making sure everything is following the Art Direction and give clear feedback)Preparing graphic assets (banners, images, mockups, presentations) to support the teamMaking graphics and storyboard adaptations of digital campaignsFollowing and collaborating with external productions to create video contentDesigning and producing videos for events and product launchesCreating Templates and PPTs / G-Slide to support new business tendersEnsure the development of designs, layouts, and productsTaking care of all the design phases: from brainstorming and conception, through to the development of the layouts and the final optimisation (including checking proofs)Developing visuals, including iconic KVs, Photography mock-ups, Art Direction References. Producing ready-to-use templatesReporting to Head of Art and working with CDs / ECDs, you'll create visual solutions for every type of client, overseeing and supporting the Design team from a Senior Role point of view.

LePub is looking for a Senior Creative Designer for its Milan offices!

Qualifications If in your past experience you:

You've developed at least 6+ years of experience in the same or similar role in International communication agenciesYou got a good knowledge of Adobe CC Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)You developed a strong knowledge of the Office SuiteYou developed competences in shooting techniques, storytelling, video editing, motion graphic design, video compression and conversionIf you are/have:

Critical eye and willing to do the extra mileStrong Art Direction and Design LayoutsAbility from Photography research to Design layoutsStrong vision for global clients and projectsAbility to speak directly with the client and understand a project's goals and limitationsManaging the publications workflow, from creation, through development and print phaseExcellent use of design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and AI softwareExperience working in a collaborative, creative environmentA portfolio showcasing your favorite creations. Excellent co-designer, collaborator, and team playerReliable and responsibleVery good team playerResult-oriented and able to give support on multiple projectsCommunicator lover, always curious and ready to learn new skills/techniquesGood facilitator within the Team and with external partnersFluent English (both spoken and written)AI skills great plusSend us your application and remember, Portfolio is mandatory to participate.
