What You Bring: Proven leadership experience in the aerospace industry.

Hands-on experience with stratospheric platforms or similar technologies (strong advantage).

Deep understanding of aerospace systems and engineering processes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills.

Experience at a senior level contributing to strategic decisions.

Familiarity with both software and hardware development.

Knowledge of the Earth Observation sector.
