Lead the execution of complex solution projects in multi businesses with focus to hyperscale data centers; following applicable company policies and processes (main one being CPP: Customer Project Process).

Lead project team (>5 people) for all involved departments (Project Management, Engineering, Service, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, . . . ) to ensure full customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Drive the coordination and the interface with customers, third parties, and other contractors for timely execution of the project from contract award till project closing.

As an expert in Project Management, deploy and promote best practices and lessons learned toward the Project Management community.

You manage on process level. You are the link between customer, the technicality, and subcontractors.

You contribute to the professionalism of the customer projects department within the organization.

Seniority comes from knowledge and past experience, but especially in personality. The soft skills are leading.

What will you do? Steer, organize, and lead project team and suppliers. Ensure operational management of project team & suppliers. Can have hierarchical responsibilities.

Ensure effective communication within the team for best team coordination and motivation. Manage project contract ensuring fulfillment of Schneider Electric contractual obligations and application of its contractual rights. Implement and collaborate with the Insurance Department to the insurance claim process in case of loss or damages and participate in negotiations with insurance counterparts. Conduct complex and effective internal contract discussions and negotiations with external customers in providing solutions to meet project contracting needs. Drive project team and support functions via appropriate actions to timely recover customer receivables (payments…)Monitor, control & report project execution status, progress & KPIs. Ensure full & effective reporting to management (reports, project reviews, …).

Inform the leadership team timely about all key & relevant project events impacting project performance or compliance with governance principles. What qualifications will make you successful? University Master Degree in Engineering. Strong Microsoft Office skills, preferable: SAP skills & bFO skills and quickly adapting to IT programs. Fluent in English. Minimum 5 years in Customer Project environment (with Data Center projects as a preference).
