RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Cyber Security Business Development Manager to join its office in Rome, Milan or Genoa within the Division.
MissionRINA is searching for a dedicated Business Development Manager with a solid technical background and proven experience in the field of cyber security.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business prospects, creating strategic partnerships, and driving the adoption of cutting-edge cyber security services and solutions.
This role is crucial in expanding RINA's presence in the market and ensuring its position as a leader in the cyber security domain.
Key AccountabilitiesIdentify emerging business opportunities and cultivate new channels for growthUnderstand clients' specific needs and align them with RINA's comprehensive cyber security offeringsLead engaging presentations to showcase the value of RINA's services and solutions, and successfully close business dealsStay abreast of industry trends, especially related to advanced technologies, threat landscapes, and regulatory changesExplore and leverage available financial incentives and support schemes to enhance the commercial viability of RINA's offeringsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and sister companies within the RINA Group to identify and capitalize on mutual opportunitiesMonitor and report on competitor activities and market intelligenceFoster alliances and partnerships to open up new markets and avenues for growthPlay a key role in contract negotiations and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processesExperience in business developing activity regarding cyber security solutions and services like governance risk and compliance (main certification ISO27001 and ISAI/EC 62439 offensive security and security architecture engineering)Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Computer, or related field) or Economics+5 years of experience in technology consulting, preferably in a cyber security environmentProven expertise in driving business development within the cyber security or related sectorsWell-versed in writing business cases, proposals, and requirements documentationStrong networking abilities with a wide industry network and a solid understanding of the cyber security landscapeFluent in both written and spoken English and ItalianExceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skillsTech-savvy with cross-functional experience in product, business development, sales, and marketingSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic and challenging work environmentAdaptable and capable of working under pressure while managing multiple tasks and prioritiesThe successful candidate will be a self-starter, driven by results and innovation.
They will possess outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Their flexibility, adaptability, and resilience will shine through, particularly in high-pressure situations.
Additionally, their ability to present ideas persuasively and negotiate effectively will contribute to RINA's continued success in the cyber security market.
