Job Description: Enfinity Global is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity and Network Architect with more than 15 years of experience who will be responsible for leading cybersecurity (IT/OT) solutions across the organization as a subject matter expert while developing, implementing and maintaining the Network and infrastructure of power plants and offices.

The candidate should have a deep knowledge of Cybersecurity vulnerabilities, exploits and attacks with a special focus in mitigation measures.

This person will work closely with the business lines, corporate departments and the Asset Management teams to ensure that cybersecurity measures are in place and constantly monitored, and the network is meeting the end-users, stakeholders and business needs.

It will also work in close partnership with the Legal and Compliance Teams, to guarantee the application of Global Policies and Regulations from a Data Protection and Cybersecurity perspective.

Key Responsibilities: Apply cybersecurity and data protection guidelines in the design of processes and IT solutions considering all the potential compliance constraints Guarantee the accountability for end-to-end services, implement compliance directions and ensure the adopted policy and regulations Coordinate activities, plans, countermeasures and emergency responses Provide technical leadership, governance and oversight for the network design Support Secure Networking Solutions for Critical Cyber Assets across the company Implement and support Cyber / Physical Security Tools and Network Health Monitoring for Critical Cyber Assets within the company.

Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure operation of the network per requirements Develop implements and maintains policies, procedures, and associated team training plans for business cybersecurity and Global Compliance Manage, Collect and Audit IT equipment and associated security logs Participate in the periodic IT budget definition process Create Requirements / Statement of Work and negotiates with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure external IT Supplies / Services within the scope of its activities Qualifications: A Bachelor of Science Degree in a related field with 15+ Years related experience in Cybersecurity, Networking, Computing or Telecommunications Capable of troubleshooting and analyzing network and communication problems in an Industrial Control System technical environment Wide knowledge of Cybersecurity vulnerabilities exploits and attacks as well as mitigation measures.

CISSP and ISC2 certifications are desirable.

Extensive knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet and Sonic Wall routing, switching, firewall, and VPN Experience with regulatory and compliance programs (NERC CIP, NIS2, DIACAP) required Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English and Spanish.
