Your missions Design and develop data models using Power BI and DAX to provide meaningful business insights.

Perform advanced data analysis and interpret complex datasets to drive strategic decisions.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support business intelligence needs.

Optimize and improve existing data pipelines for efficiency and performance.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity , applying best practices in data governance.

Stay up to date with industry trends in data analytics and business intelligence tools.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data analysts within the team.

Your profile Expertise in Power BI and DAX for data modeling and reporting.

Strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization.

Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.

Experience (4-5 years minimum) in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles.

Understanding of data governance, data quality, and ETL processes.

Ability to translate business needs into data-driven insights.

Academic background: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

Fluent in English (additional languages, such as Spanish, are a plus).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
