What you will doYou will work closely with our team to build end-to-end data driven products that solve complex real-word problems and drive business value for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Machine Learning Model Development: Design, develop and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Problem Discovery and Exploration: Lead the discovery of business pain points, the formulation of the problem statement, and the exploration of solutions feasibility. Collaboration: Work with the rest of the team and business stakeholders to integrate models and solutions in production systems. Code Excellence: Develop high-quality, efficient, and reusable code for data science projects. Innovation and Experimentation: Drive innovation by continuously exploring and implementing the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and software development. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists, contributing to the overall growth of the data science team. What we are looking forBachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and software development. Strong proficiency in Python programming language. Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java, C++, or similar is considered a plus. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e. g. , PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn). Proficiency in software development best practices, including version control (Git) and testing. Experience in CI/CD pipelines is considered a plus. Strong business acumen in translating business problems into technical solutions. Solid experience with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases. Big data technologies (e. g. , Hadoop, Spark) are considered a plus. Proven experience in designing and deploying machine learning models at scale. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes). Professional proficiency in English.
