Analyzecustomer lifetime value (LTV) and identify growth opportunities.

Customer Behavior & Experience Analyzeuser behavior, churn, and ride patternsto enhance retention.

ApplyA/B testing and reinforcement learningfor personalized promotions and pricing.

UseAI-powered segmentationto improve customer engagement and loyalty. What We're Looking For5+ years of experiencein AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning (preferably inmobility, logistics, or finance).

Expertise inAI/ML frameworks(TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Strong skills inPython or R, SQL, and experience withBig Data technologies.

Hands-on experience withAWS AI/ML tools(SageMaker, Redshift, Lambda) – other cloud platforms are a plus but not required.

Knowledge ofgeospatial data analysis(GeoPandas, QGIS, PostGIS) is a plus.

Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
