About the Company:

for an engineering company specialized in video analytics and AIOT devices, with coreexpertise in AI pipelines on resource-constrained devices, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a Senior Deep Learning & Computer Vision Engineer.

Core responsibilities:

Build state-of-the-art high performing low latency deep learning and computer vision algorithms on resource constrained edge devices

Train deep learning and machine learning models to perform visual recognition tasks, such as object detection, segmentation, anomaly detection and activity recognition

Optimize deep neural networks and the associated pre/post-processing to run efficiently on edge devices

Continuously improve deep neural network performance on edge devices, including accuracy, speed and power consumption

Research the latest trends and papers, implement and experiment with new ideas to improve performance

Develop & integrate functional and performance models of accelerators

Collaborate and work with other teams such as software and product teams

Musthave:

MS or Ph. D. degree in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent experience

3+ years of work industry experience in developing deep learning or machine learning algorithms for computer vision and image processing problems

Solid understanding of deep learning methods and concepts

Solid fundamental computer vision and image processing methods and concepts

Experience with deep neural networks for objection detection, segmentation, anomaly detection and activity recognition

Familiar with state-of-the-art deep neural network architectures such as CNN, LSTM, etc

Experience with one of the major deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc

Experience with OpenCV, scikit-learn, numpy

Strong Python programming skills

Ability to understand and code from the latest state-of-the-art research papers

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Able to collaborate and build productive cross-functional relationships

Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technology and products into very complex projects

Fluent English

Nice to have:

Experience with high performing low latency deep learning models and/or software development on edge devices

Experience with NVIDIA softwares and products such as Jetson devices, TensorRT, TLT, DeepStream

Strong C/C++ programming skills

Experience with containerization tools such as Docker
