The candidate, who will be part of the Research and Development team, will mainly have to:

Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and subassemblies, defining their technical and functional characteristics.

Perform advanced 3D modelling, generate 2D drawings, and carry out FEM analyses.

Carry out the industrialisation and fine-tuning of components independently.

Collaborate proactively with the development team in the definition of project specifications and product documentation, in the development and fine-tuning of prototypes, and in achieving the defined objectives.

Requirements: Master's degree in mechanical engineering or similar.

Excellent knowledge of mechanical drawing and 3D modelling software, preferably Creo Parametric.

Excellent knowledge of FEM tools and methodologies.

Experience of at least 5 years in the design of mechanical components and systems, preferably for motorbikes or e-bikes.

Fluent knowledge of English, both oral and written.

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to plan and organise, results orientation, and passion for motorbike and e-bike products.
