The Role We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong strategic thinking, leadership potential, and a passion for AI-driven design innovation.

This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in experience design but also aspires to grow into a managerial position, playing a key role in project delivery, team guidance, and business development.

As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will: Lead UX/UI design projects , ensuring high-quality delivery while mentoring and supporting junior designers.

Shape the strategic direction of design initiatives, collaborating with technologists, strategists, and business stakeholders.

Support pre-sales and sales activities , identifying opportunities and crafting compelling design proposals for clients.

Leverage AI in design methodologies , exploring innovative ways to integrate artificial intelligence in digital experiences and product ecosystems.

Drive the adoption of cutting-edge tools and technologies , ensuring our design practice remains at the forefront of industry trends.

What You'll Do Conduct user research, task analysis, and usability testing to define insight-driven design strategies.

Lead and facilitate Design Thinking workshops , fostering a user-centered culture within project teams.

Develop conceptual models, information architectures, and interaction designs for complex digital ecosystems.

Design and prototype intuitive, scalable, and aesthetically refined interfaces across multiple touchpoints.

Explore and implement AI-driven design solutions , integrating machine learning and automation in user experience strategies.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business goals, technology capabilities, and user needs.

Mentor and guide junior designers, contributing to the growth and evolution of our design team.

You will bring into Connect Reply the following competencies: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, service design, or strategic design.

A Master's degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI, or a related field.

Strong experience in design leadership, project management, and team mentoring.

Expertise in AI-driven design methodologies and a solid understanding of how AI can enhance user experience.

Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, Miro, Mural A strong portfolio showcasing strategic design thinking, high-quality UI work, and complex digital projects.

Knowledge of web and mobile technologies from a design perspective.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and contribute to business development.
