SOMEC SINTESI is a company that provides refurbishment and maintenance services for glazing systems on cruise ships, for cruise operators based in the European Union.

Position Initiate and manage the design phases in collaboration with the Project Manager (PM), from identifying key project elements to creating system drawings and detail nodes, maintaining a solution-oriented approach to technical and typological challenges; Analyze, understand, and adhere to the technical specifications required for each project; Create technical drawings for approval, cutting notes for purchases, and installation drawings for the construction site; Oversee the planning of technical activities, setting priorities based on deadlines and project requirements; Conduct on-board surveys to prepare for the production phase; Support the team in performing on-board surveys.

Requirements At least 5 years of experience in similar or related roles.

Experience in the aluminum framing sector is preferred.

Competence in project-based management.

Good knowledge of English (B1 level).

Availability for occasional travel with possible overnight stays.
