Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of digital campaign activities (planning & buying)Demonstrate a high degree of agility in a fast-paced environmentAssist in the analysis of research to develop the objectives, strategies, and tacticsDeliver competitive report and analyze campaigns resultsAnalyze campaigns, and recommend tactical changes to maximize campaign performanceResponsible for billing processManage and coordinate resources ensuring their field training
Desired Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of media tools, as well as an understanding of media and creative conceptsAccuracy, precision, attention to details and meet deadlinesKnowledge of media agency dynamics and environmentAbility to manage different digital campaign typologies (awareness, performance, data driven and retargeting)4 years related experience in Media Planning and buying are appreciatedStrong understanding of media tools (ex. , Adbox, Adserving, Adverification, Audiweb ) Strong quantitative and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skillsKnowledge of all aspects of Offline and Online Media; familiarity also with SEO, SEA, Social, Mobile activitiesLanguages:
fluent Italian and EnglishLeadership, project mgm, accounting, public speaking, team player and people management, problem solvingAbility to multi-task, work successfully with teamClient relationship management
