The Sport Experiences unit is the Leader in digital experiences, data gathering, distribution and rendering in the sports ecosystem.

Sport Experiences builds and delivers cutting-edge digital platforms and value-based data driven visualization, gathering and distribution solutions. The Technology & Engineering function within Data & Graphics is responsible for managing and delivering all Data & Graphics build projects within the Sport Experiences Unit. Working in close collaboration with the Live Service & Operations and Product teams, this role is one of the key leadership roles to manage this area of the business.

Close alignment between internal stakeholders is critical for setting the joint strategy and ensuring successful business growth alongside continued client satisfaction, and this is a key part of the role. This role is responsible for effective and efficient management of a large team, including software engineers and graphics developers, covering all aspects of development for the different services.

As a strong people leader, the role holder will ensure development, career growth and retention of team members, providing a supportive and engaging working environment. The role-holder will also contribute to and support the design & implementation of operations on venue and remotely (both on Deltatre and clients' premises). As an innovative, driven and forward-thinking leader, the role-holder is responsible for finding ways to grow our business, whilst ensuring effective and efficient ways of working and clean, clear processes.
