Key Responsibilities Build & lead a high-performing PPA and energy management teamDevelop & execute energy management strategies across multiple technologies and marketsManage renewable energy offtake & risk strategies, including innovative hedging solutionsMonitor market trends, providing valuable insights on power price curves for investment decisions, M&A, and structured product developmentCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize energy trading and commercial activitiesEngage at the executive level, presenting to the management team and boardDrive operational excellence & process improvementsIdeal Candidate Profile 8+ years of experience in PPA and energy managementStrong knowledge of the European energy marketsProven ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlinesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
