Their Renewable / Green Assets Division is dedicated to building a financially sound renewable energy portfolio , consisting of solar PV and onshore wind power plants , ensuring sustainable shareholder returns.

Key Responsibilities Build & lead a high-performing PPA and energy management team Develop & execute energy management strategies across multiple technologies and markets Manage renewable energy offtake & risk strategies , including innovative hedging solutions Monitor market trends , providing valuable insights on power price curves for investment decisions, M&A, and structured product development Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize energy trading and commercial activities Engage at the executive level , presenting to the management team and board Drive operational excellence & process improvements Ideal Candidate Profile 8+ years of experience in PPA and energy management Strong knowledge of the European energy markets Proven ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong communication & interpersonal skills , with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment Seniority level Director
