Based in Milan, eLab Technology is ASW Group digital hub. It takes care of Omnichannel Strategy for European Brands of the group, delivering eCommerce, Mobile and in store Innovative solutions. The AS Watson Group eLab Technology department is looking for a passionate Senior QA Specialist to join the team in Milan. The Senior QA Specialist will be dedicated to software validation of the Hybris eCommerce platform on all the Group Business Units over Europe and responsible to assure a quality service to the client on test of new releases and fixes as part of the software development lifecycle. A typical day in this role includes: Performing and driving release validation in the test environment Preparing, reviewing and executing Test Cases Able to estimate and plan test activities efforts Managing release validation in the integrated systems environment supporting the acceptance stage with our BUs Informing QA Lead about issues and priorities Providing input and assistance to the development team to identify and resolve defects Producing reports on QA activities Coordinating QA Teams Potentially required to travel across Europe Defining, monitoring, and controlling KPIs This role would be a good fit for you if: You are endowed with excellent written and verbal communication skills You are proactive with great attention to detail You can easily work individually and in a team You are good at interpersonal relationships You get satisfaction through daily personal improvements What you'll need: Master's Degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science Engineering, Information and Communication Technologies, Data Science, Data Analysis, e-Commerce and Digital Management or another related field 4 years of experience in software testing (in retail or consulting company) Knowledge of e-commerce, desktop and mobile testing, multichannel and/or digital application systems.
