Job Description:Company Description SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offering all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis.

Position SICIM has a position opening as Senior Electrical Engineer to support our Engineering Activities on EPC projects worldwide based in Milan.

The responsibilities of this role also include, but may not be limited to, the following:

Responsible for the electrical engineering design work on assigned projectsProvide leadership for the other electrical engineers in our Power teamWorking with Project Engineers and Project Managers on developing workload forecasts, design schedules, and budgets for electrical engineering work activitiesFunctioning as the "Engineer of Record" on projectsPerforming Power system studies (load flow, short circuit, protective coordination, arc flash analysis)Providing technical support for business development activities such as developing proposalsOne-line and three-line diagramsConducting arc-flash hazard calculations to determine arc-flash boundaries and required PPEProtective relay and metering one-line / three-line diagramsPanel LayoutsEquipment layouts and sectional viewsConnection DiagramsBill of MaterialsCable SchedulesDeveloping construction and equipment specificationsSupporting projects during construction, start-up, and commissioningGrounding Analysis and DesignReviewing engineering work performed by peersClient and site field visitsLevel-specific responsibilities:

Serves as lead engineer / engineer of record on mid-to-large size projects and programsProvide senior management with project updates/team development issues as neededSupervisory responsibilities for engineering staffProvides technical expertise for studies and design efforts. Presents complex technical solutions to clients. Performs quality control reviews of work developed by others. Participates in the development of technical proposals. Provides estimates for the engineering budget and scheduleRequirements Preferred Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal skills with an ability to lead engineering tasks12+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience with at least five (5) years leading electrical engineering projects. Experience on full EPC, Design/Build projects from start to finish. Plant Startup and Commissioning Field knowledgePower systems analysis software experience (SKM, EasyPower, Etap). Functioned as the "Engineer of Record" on at least two (2) projectsExperience working in collaborative 3D model environments (e. g.
