JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to lead our strategic ERP migration initiative.

This role is critical in driving our digital transformation efforts and optimising our business processes across multiple workstreams.

This role is a fixed term contract of 12-18 months. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Spearhead the migration of our current ERP system to Infor M3, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems. Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, coordinating efforts across various departments and international teams. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure project alignment with business objectives. Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new ERP systems and processes. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders. Oversee training programs for end-users and IT personnel to ensure effective system utilisation. REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 8 years of experience in managing large-scale ERP implementation projects, preferably with Infor M3 or similar systems. Proven track record of successfully migrating legacy ERP systems to modern platforms. Strong knowledge of warehouse management, manufacturing processes, and integrated logistics solutions. Excellent project management skills with PMP or Prince2 certification. Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish language skillsare highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. DESIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:Deep understanding of ERP architectures and best practices in manufacturing and distribution industries. Experience with multi-country, multi-site ERP implementations. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse, international teams. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Adaptability and resilience in managing complex, evolving projects.
