We are looking for a: Senior ERP Project Manager Do you have a qualified experience as a Program/Project Manager in ERP solutions?

Are you used to work in both national and international context?

Will you ensure that the implementation of ERP projects at our customers is realized within the agreed scope, budget and time?

What does the job involve?

As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for the implementation of ERP projects at our clients.

In the first place, this means that you have to deliver the entire project within the agreed scope, budget and time.

In doing so, you monitor and report on all aspects of the project so that it meets the organisational requirements, the methodology and the quality standards.

You are the main contact person for the customer.

You translate the expectations into a project plan with clear objectives that are approved by the steering committee.

You organize the project kick-off, and ensure that all employees and stakeholders are informed and aligned with the project plan.

During the duration of the project, you will motivate and guide the project staff towards the objectives to be achieved.

You do this by means of regular project evaluations and feedback interviews.

You advise the client during the entire ERP implementation process and take the lead in internal and external project meetings.

You identify and manage project risks, bottlenecks and changes.

You constantly update the project plan so that it remains 'up-to-date'.

In doing so, you consistently apply Cegeka's project methodology.

Within the project, you work closely with the Solution architect, who is (ultimately) responsible for the substantive solution for the client.

Furthermore, a project team consists of one or more business consultants, developers and business experts.

As a project manager, you are involved in various projects in which the turnaround time and project pressure can vary.

Our projects average between 9 and 15 months, from kick-off to go live.

Who are we looking for?

You have at least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in the ERP world.

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX) is an advantage but not necessary.

Having a higher education (Bachelor or Master) is a requirement, complemented by relevant courses or courses in project management.

You have an excellent knowledge of the functional and technical specifications that play a role in ERP implementation projects.

Through your professional knowledge, social skills, flexibility and commitment, you succeed in winning the trust of our customers.

To manage your team, you have excellent leadership skills.

Certification in at least one project methodology, such as CAPM, PMP, ISIPM or Prince2, is preferred but not mandatory.

Your regular workplace is one of the Cegeka offices, but as a project manager, you will also often work at the client's location (national or international).
