Bachelor or master degree or above, major in science and technology, major in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, automation is preferred2. Excellent team leadership skills, able to motivate, guide and manage a professional operation and maintenance team4. 10 years or above working experience in operation and maintenance, basic understanding of new energy market5.
