Job Description As a Senior UX Designer at our company, you will play a key role in shaping exceptional digital experiences, driving user-centered design strategies, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for leading UX initiatives, crafting intuitive and visually engaging interfaces, and ensuring seamless interactions across web and mobile platforms. Qualifications Your skills and experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields. 5 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital experiences. Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure. Solid understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders. Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with development teams. Familiarity with basic front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Basic level of Italian (good conversational skills) is mandatory for this position.
