You will be responsible for leading UX initiatives, crafting intuitive and visually engaging interfaces, and ensuring seamless interactions across web and mobile platforms. #LI-VO1 Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research to final implementation. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to optimize user experiences. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Suite. Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across digital products. Collaborate closely with UI designers, developers, and product managers to align design solutions with business goals. Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX methodologies. Qualifications Your skills and experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital experiences. Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure. Solid understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders. Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with development teams. Familiarity with basic front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
