As an expert professional in your area, you ensure assistance aimed at customer satisfaction of all Sysmex products/solutions in the assigned geographic area as a member of the regional technical service team.

Responsibilities:Ensure uptime of instrument installed base in its assigned geographic areaBuild professional relationships with end-users and laboratory stakeholdersPerform troubleshooting both in person and remotelyExecute reactive and proactive service activities at customer's site and/or remotelyIn this role you will:Act as expert and second level support in the field for the assigned business lineSupport development of colleagues in the field (training on the job)Act as preferred point of contact for 3rd level support from EMEA support teamPerform pre-installation visits and planning meetings with customersCarry out pre-installation at Sysmex workshop and installations at customer siteProvide basic technical and maintenance training to end-usersCarry out repair actions and maintenance visits as per Sysmex proceduresPlan proactive activities and regular visits to key customersReport field activities and instrument statusKeep lab directors informed about service deliverables and instrument statusOrganize regular meetings with key end-users to highlight the value of serviceEnsure that all customer-related records are up-to-dateAccurately record service activities on Sysmex CRMEnsure customer satisfaction in all post-sales phasesCollaborate with commercial functions on new tenders and business opportunities to design tailored solutions to specific customer needsJob Requirements:University degree or equivalent in engineeringAdvanced certificate in electronics and/or equivalent industry experienceTechnical knowledge of electronic equipment (preferably IVD)Knowledge as a user of PC tools and software applicationsLanguages: fluent in English and ItalianGeneral Professional Experience:More than 10 years of experience as FSE in the medical device industryLeadership experienceSelf-motivated with the ability to work under stressful situationsAble to communicate effectively with end-usersPrevious experience with hematology, urinalysis, and hemostasis instruments is a plusWhat's in it for you?
