The Sr. Finance Analyst will be a finance partner to the Operations KSA, supporting key business decisions while driving cost improvement programs.

This includes responsibility for financial metrics, reporting, forecasting, and analysis.

The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and have a demonstrated ability to effectively manage the finances of a high-growth business.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesBuild financial analysis models driving operational decisions across the Amazon network. Work on cost-out initiatives. Work on long-term planning, annual budgets, etc. Automate existing models and tools to contribute to the scale-up of Amazon's delivery network. Operations planning and cost planning for the network. Weekly and monthly variance analysis and reporting. Evaluate and improve methodologies that are the core of our business models and tools. Collaborate with operations personnel to drive process, productivity improvements, and cost savings initiatives. Manage the weekly, monthly, and quarterly results reporting. Facilitate financial review meetings with key partner business groups. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience. 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience. 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience. 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience. MBA or CPA. Knowledge of Tableau. Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
