Macgregor Black are partnering with a Leading Apparel Brand looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their team in Milan.

As a key finance leader, you will provide proactive, data-driven insights to support business growth, enhance profitability, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the month-end close process and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy across the P&L and balance sheet.

Implement process improvements to enhance financial performance and operational effectiveness.

Partner with key stakeholders to prepare monthly forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities in customer trends, logistics, and inventory.

Provide analytical support to understand customer and product performance, influencing commercial decision-making.

Support the Sales Director by analysing marketing spend and maximising return on investment.

Lead and develop a Finance Analyst, fostering a high-performing team culture.

What We're Looking For?

ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification with significant post-qualification experience.

Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a track record of driving profitability and business performance.

Experience in the consumer or retail sector is highly advantageous.

Ability to provide actionable insights through financial analysis and forecasting.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in stakeholder engagement.
