This role is essential for creating a positive first impression and ensuring the efficient operation of the front office.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise Reception Team : Oversee and coordinate the activities of the front desk staff to ensure efficient operations.
Customer Service : Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Administrative Support : Provide administrative assistance to other staff members, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
Maintain Reception Area : Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records and ensure they are easily accessible for review when needed.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines, LQA standards.
Coordinate Appointments : Schedule and manage appointments for clients and staff.
Handle Mail : Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Supplier Liaison : Work with suppliers to order and distribute necessary items for the office.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
