Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to implementation and maintenance. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality solutions using Python and React. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software products. Optimise and enhance system performance while ensuring application security and usability. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team. Key RequirementsAt least 4 years of experience in full stack development with proven expertise in Python (backend) and React (frontend). A strong understanding of software design principles, clean coding practices, and agile development. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written. Located in Italy and holding the necessary rights to work documents. Willingness to travel to the Milan office two to three times per week to work onsite with the team.
