In Your Role, You Will Be Responsible For: Lead full stack feature development from concept to deployment, prioritizing security and scalability. Drive architecture and design decisions to ensure solutions align with healthcare industry standards. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Mentor junior developers, promoting continuous learning and innovation within the team. Implement automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to uphold code quality. Contribute to roadmap planning by offering insights on technical feasibility, timelines, and resources. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, applying new knowledge to enhance products and processes. Deliver a daily dose of humor and positivity to the team, keeping the work environment light, collaborative, and fun even during challenging projects. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Symfony: Extensive experience with Symfony, including deep knowledge of Doctrine ORM and key Symfony components (e. g. , Security, Event Dispatchers). Domain-Driven Design (DDD): Advanced understanding and practical experience with DDD principles. Testing: Proficient in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests. Frontend Development: Solid understanding of React. js, with the ability to improve frontend as needed. Database Management: Strong experience with MySQL, including design, optimization, and management. Containerization: Experience with Docker for managing development environments. CI/CD: Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automating build, test, and deployment processes. Security: Awareness of security best practices for frontend and backend development, particularly when handling sensitive healthcare data. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Nice To Have: Experience with SaaS products and healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
