Work with a team of developers and provide guidance on coding standards, best practices, and architectural decisionsCollaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications across the front-end and back-endArchitect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and securityConduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainabilityDevelop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application stabilityEngage with internal stakeholders to identify feature requirements and enhance existing workflowsWork closely with cross-functional teams to align technical development with business objectivesAssume technical responsibility for maintaining a high standard of technical quality for the platformTake end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from conception to deployment and beyond What we would expect from you. . .
