Your quests will be to: Develop core features for our internal systems, helping us deliver seamless experiences to playersCollaborate with the team to translate complex business needs into technical requirements, development tasks, and timelinesIntegrate frontend and backend components, ensuring efficient, high-performant systemsTake an active part in designing, developing, and testing frontend and backend featuresOwn the technical aspects of the development pipeline, from architecture and design to deployment and release, aligning with the product roadmapMonitor the performance of live systems, ensuring stability and efficiency while contributing to the optimization of existing featuresTo start playing, you will need: Senior-level experience with Angular and TypeScript, particularly in building scalable web applications on AWS infrastructureExpertise in Node. js for building RESTful APIs and server-side logicStrong knowledge of PostgreSQL (or similar relational databases) for designing and optimizing database schemasHands-on experience with Docker for containerization and efficient development workflowsProficiency with Git for source control and collaborationExcellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teamsA proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with strong problem-solving skillsThe type of player you are: Highly analyticalA careful and detailed plannerUse critical thinking: don't assume, validate your gut feeling!Take ownership and make it happen!Love what you do and have fun doing it!Work on the problem, not just the symptoms!Don't overcomplicate it, keep it simple and effective!Share ideas to reduce bias and improve results!Power-ups to have more fun! Our policy is 4 days per month at the office, and we decide however we're gonna go.

There are people who like to go once every week, or two days every two weeks, four days straight, or even combining the last 4 days of one month with the first 4 days of the next month and only go 8 days straight every two months.

If you don't live in Italy, we have two options: if you would like to relocate, our company offers a relocation package to help you move to Milan; if you want to stay where you are, we offer a benefit to help you with travel expenses and flexible working hours around your journey time.
