On behalf of a leader Fashion Company in the Luxury market, within the Corporate Graphics Department, we are looking for a SENIOR GRAPHICS DESIGNER, who gained experience in a Global Fashion Company exclusively, that will report to HEAD OF GRAPHICS DEPARTMENT and will be required to work in compliance with the worldwide guidelines.

Work with Licensee partners and Regional Merchandising / Commercial teams to deliver cohesive collections that are Globally focused and regionally relevant

Be an integral part of a team that plans to double the growth and financial goals and Adjust to changing business needs

Launch innovative product design ideas in line with specific product strategies.

Shop the market, find the white Importante Azienda and bring new innovation to the table.

Shop the market to research and identify current trends and present competitive data as it is related to their prospective area of responsibility to establish key objectives for the brand

Research markets, trade shows and competition for trends and inspiration and provide trip reports.

Develop product and packaging from conception through to final production for existing brands and areas of expansion.

Create item line sheets and customer presentations.

Set up artwork for production and review samples for accuracy.

Monitor projects through all stages to ensure creative excellence is upheld and the highest quality product possible is hitting the shelf.

Stay up to date on our licensed brands and markettrends to aid in product development.

Contribute to the formulation of the annual product design plan for the product category and introduce and execute innovative design ideas, in order to achieve Business targets and product category objectives.

Years of Related Professional Experience:

5-7 years of experience in a Global Fashion Company

Ability to translate consumer knowledge/insights to narratives and product executions.

Resourceful self-starter, who knows how to get things done both independently and collaboratively

Team management experience with a diverse group of talent

Solutions-orientated approach to roadblocks or conflict

Highly organized and self-sufficient with the ability to prioritize work without missing critical deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and manage multiple projects

Savvy computer and design program skills required.

Ability to create and edit files using Adobe programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Strong desire to create and tell stories through product execution with attention to details

Excellent conceptualization skills coupled with a pro-active, team-based personality with work ethic, people skills, and leadership qualities.

Experience building inspiration/concept presentations, and mood boards for seasonal concepts and direction

Experience working and communicating directly with manufacturing partners to ensure the accuracy of intent and Materials executions

strong sense of color, fashion, product & trend

English and Italian fluency required
