YOUR ROLE For ourFinance division, we are looking for someone capable ofoverseeing and managing all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, business monitoring, and reporting within Finance. .

Play a significant role in strategic initiatives and lead system and process development.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ? Manage and lead the Group Controlling team, ensuring effective budgeting and forecasting.

? Act as a strategic business partner to the CFO, driving key initiatives and contributing to systems and process development.

? Provide financial insights to non-financial managers and contribute to the efficient management of the business.

? Plan, analyze, and manage the budgeting, forecasting and control processes in accordance with HQ timetables.

? Monitor performance and profitability closely against targets.

? Lead FP&A, ensuring all reporting deadlines are met in accordance with group policies.

? Support the integration of acquired businesses across Europe.

? Optimize the controlling tools, proposing improvements and managing the relevant implementation projects.

ROLE STANDARD KPIs ? Prepare budget and forecasts within the set deadlines ? Timely prepare monthly reports and Board deck and discuss with the Head of departments/CEO ? Ensure controlling integration of acquired business in line with integration plans COMPETENCIES & KNOWLEDGES ? Experience with technology business and metrics.

? Experience with transformation of a business through organic and inorganic growth.

? Experience in managing a team, with the ability to support the development of the finance team.

? Highly focused, hands-on, with strong attention to detail.

? Great presentation skills, inspiring, enthusiastic, and creative.

? Resilient and motivated with a positive "can do" approach to work.

? Goal-oriented.

? Advanced Excel and data modeling skills; experience with SQL is a plus.

? Prior exposure to international business environments.

? Fluent in English and Italian; native speaker of a language of a Country where we operate.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidates have over 10+ years of experience in Controlling/FP&A, of which 3+ years in leadership roles.

Bachelor's degree in a related subject.
