Job Description

DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Senior Healthcare Consultant.

Successful applicants will be part of Consulting Practice in the Healthcare & Local Government industry and will be involved in several engagements aimed to support our clients (Public and Private) during their Digital Transformation Journeys.

In Consulting, we partner with all the DXC capabilities to co-create innovative solutions and to improve our customers and employees' experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, smart processes, and efficient technology platforms.

We turn our client's complexities into value through agile governance programs and change management frameworks.

Responsibilities Design of IT Architectures and IT Frameworks (Organizations and Processes) IT Cost Benefits Analysis in HealthCare or public administration domains Analysis and Redesign of HealthCare or public sector processes Market analysis to support building partnerships for new services Drafting of project documentation (technical and functional) Participate in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross-functional teams Contribute to project methodologies, tools, and workstep execution Contribute to client management and relationship building Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics 2 – 5 years of experience in the Management Consulting domain (HealthCare or Public Sector) A proven passion for one of the areas explained above Italian mother tongue and good English (both oral and written) Good relational and analytical skills, proactivity, and ability to work in teams; availability to travel and focus on goals Location: Naples with remote work possibility
