About the BusinessOur Destination Management services form the core of our business.

About the RoleWe are currently looking for a Senior Hotel Reservation Coordinator to manage the end-to-end hotel booking process, from inquiries to confirmations and guest arrivals.

You will ensure market expectations are met within deadlines, while maintaining strong supplier relationships to deliver competitive products aligned with sales and client goals.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Hotel Procurement to provide high-quality services and foster a supportive, communicative work environment.

You will assist the Hotel Reservation Manager in driving team performance, ensuring accuracy, minimizing errors, and promptly addressing complaints to maintain operational excellence.

If required, you will mentor team members, coordinate tasks, and take ownership of projects as assigned.

Key ActivitiesDeal with Sales and suppliers, offering the most suitable properties for each business, through close daily communication and active search. Accurately book and confirm hotels, well managing timing and fully respecting deadlines. Properly handle any hotel issues or complaints, ensuring high-quality standards. Respect Hotel Procurement strategy and Allotment Management. Ensure the highest margin, negotiating best rates and conditions. Conduct data analysis and statistics reporting using Company business intelligence tools. Support Finance team on payment issues and invoice discrepancies. Role RequirementsExpert in hotel reservation (at least 5 years), with a strong hotel partner network. Deep knowledge of the Italy hotel industry. Experience in People Management. Strong communication skills (written/spoken) in Italian and English is mandatory; any other language is nice to have. IT proficiency including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (data analysis in Excel and reporting in PowerPoint). To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have:Strong and positive can-do attitude.
