Descrizione

As HR Business Partner you will join the HR Team and have the following individual responsibilities:

Act as an HR Partner for Corporate Functions & Sales

Support Recruiting efforts, Onboarding and Talent Development for all areas

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

Support compensation and benefit plans

Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiative

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve

any issues that may arise

Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

Assist in development and implementation of human resource policy

Undertake tasks around performance management

Ensure compliance with Importante Azienda regulations

Coordinate HR administration functions and payroll

Profilo del Candidato

Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Equivalent/Related fields

Business fluency in English and Italian

4 - 5 years of experience in similar role preferably in a service environment

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

Good knowledge of employment/Importante Azienda laws

Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

Excellent communication and people skills

Aptitude in problem-solving

Good Organizational skills

High integrity, honesty, and courage

Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and to manage time effectively.

Results driven and problem-solving skills
