Position
Serve as the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)/ HR Manager for the designated manufacturing site in Alessano (LE), offering guidance and assistance to functional managers and employees, to manage all HR topics and overseeing the life cycle of all Employees.
Job responsibilities Areas Of Responsibilities And Related Activities EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT Deploy a meaningful on-boarding processEnsure proper HR Administration for the served populationAdvice Management regarding labor law and employee relations activitiesEnsure service to employees on all HR mattersSupport to Line Managers in the daily planning activitiesIndustrial Relations, intervene in employee relations matters as requiredInvolving the internal referents in case of legal issues or the need for legal advice regarding labor law and employee relationsProvide recommendations to management based on issue analysis and assist people managers in finding optimal solutions for employeesEnsure accurate and timely handling of employee data and contract's changes. Ensure that workforce planning is in placeManage and support workforce planning initiatives, including Job rotation, replacement, flexibilityCoordinate local performance evaluations and compensation reviews in compliance with company policiesHR STRATEGY Execute the Local Employee Experience Strategy action planDevelop, oversee, and implement a localized HR strategy aligned with business objectives and local requirementsAct as a culture champion, promoting the organization's purpose and values throughout all HR initiatives and employee interactionsDevelop HR initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance employee retention and engagementImplementation of company policies and proceduresImplementation of development projectsDirect local learning initiatives in accordance with the HR strategy and Talent Development Programs specific to the siteConduct regular employee feedback surveys and implement action plans based on insights to foster a positive work environmentKEY TASKS Monitor and enhance monthly HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analysis and corrective actions implementationEnsure the integrity of data in the HR management systemAddress internal audit requirements as necessaryCollaborate with third-party vendors on-site for effective management of contingent workersWithin the perimeter assigned, promote a lean manufacturing culture and support the organization to identify and manage proper metrics and KPIs focused on a continuous improvement. TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEBachelor's degree in law, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's in Human Resources ManagementA minimum of 5/7 years of hands-on experience in HR within a dynamic international setting, specifically focusing on Manufacturing OperationsThorough understanding and application of labor laws at the national contract levelDemonstrated proficiency in leadership, with a strong emphasis on fostering diversity and inclusionHR Budget & Cost Management, workforce planningNegotiation skills coupled with a proven ability to manage conflicts effectivelyDisplay of empathy and high emotional intelligence in professional interactionsProficiency in problem-solving techniques to address complex HR challengesExcellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilitiesStrong organizational and planning abilities to streamline HR processesCapacity for analytical thinking and creative problem-solvingFamiliarity with HR software, with an added advantage of experience with Success factor and ZucchettiAdvanced proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office suite for business operationsDrives EngagementEnglish Advanced knowledge (B2 or more)Excel Advanced knowledge
