YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand, apply and communicate the HR strategy in all day to day activitiesFirst point of contact to advise and support employees and managers at all levels on HR issuesExecute all employee lifecycle processes, from first to last day in the companyClosely support organisational change and development processes and ensure a structured approach to skills development (definition and implementation of career plans, growth paths, skills matrix, etc.
