The figure will be part of the HR Direction, specifically in the HR Digital Transformation Office. The figure will be dedicated to the management of projects for the development of HR processes, in order to implement Human Resources Management Systems. Main activities Troubleshoot basic HRIS technical issues: Assist end-users with resolving common HR system problems and escalate complex issues to senior team members. Support HRIS implementation projects: Follow established procedures to assist with the implementation of new HRIS features or integrations. Participate in testing and data migration activities as assigned. Learn and apply HR analytics tools: Gain experience with HR analytics reports and dashboards to identify trends and potential areas for process improvement within HR. Collaborate with HR on process improvement initiatives: Work with HR professionals to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to streamline processes using HRIS functionalities. Assist with data analysis and configuration changes to implement agreed-upon solutions. Contribute to project management tasks: Participate in project planning meetings, take detailed notes, and track project progress. Assist with communication and documentation related to HRIS projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field, Previous experience of 4/6 years in the HR-Integration field, Passion and enthusiasm for HR issues, curiosity and proactivity, Experience with integration flows and systems with SAP Concur, Zucchetti and SAP SuccessFactors, Good level of English, Passion and enthusiasm for HR issues, curiosity and proactivity, Flexible approach and adherence to deadlines.
