The candidate must have a technical degree (chemical, environmental engineering, and/or industrial safety) with 8 to 12 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Environmental Management.

The role involves coordinating the delivery of Occupational Safety and ESG Services and managing and coaching younger resources, both in the workplace and at customer sites.

The responsibilities include scoping of the required services, preparation of technical specifications, planning and time estimation, as well as checking and approving the developed studies.

We are looking for a person with solid technical experience in the sector who is dynamic and eager to tackle challenging projects within a multinational context.

The candidate will:

Manage projects, coordinating internal resources and subcontractors. Oversee projects from the offer phase (definition of the technical specifications) through to the development of the studies and approval according to internal rules. Contribute to the training, growth, and development of the skills of younger colleagues. Coordinate with colleagues from other DEKRA international staff to ensure alignment of methodologies and assessments. Provide training courses to customers. Speak at congresses, conferences, and meetings at national and international levels.
