In this role, you will create accurate and competitive estimates for a range of commercial and industrial projects valued between $50, 000 and $4 million. As a Senior HVAC Estimator, you will represent the company, frequently interacting with customers making strong communication and relationship-building skills essential to your success. This role calls for a high level of analytical, negotiation, leadership, and customer service skills, with a focus on collaboration. Aside from estimating projects, you will also lead one junior estimator. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, and owners Prepare quality estimates by reviewing specs, equipment, materials, and project requirements Negotiate and adjust proposals to meet customer needs Promote company services Secure bid opportunities Attend pre-bid job walk meetings and site inspections Coordinate with the engineering team on both new and ongoing projects Ensure accuracy in all project cost estimates and documentation Collaborate with internal project teams Manage communications and follow-ups with all stakeholders throughout the process Lead and support junior estimators to strengthen their skills and knowledge Qualifications 5 years of HVAC estimating experience required 1 years of management experience required Experience estimating commercial and industrial projects required Knowledge of bidding software required J-18808-Ljbffr
