Senior Influencer Marketing Manager
As Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll be involved in the Influencer Marketing team and you'll report directly to the Head of Influencer Marketing. You will be responsible for a client portfolio and manage end-to-end projects, campaigns, influencer activations with a consultancy and strategic approach. You will be leading a small team and will be responsible and contribute to the professional growth of each of the team members. You will be part of integrated projects with colleagues from different teams with a strong creative approach as well as KPI-oriented and digital-media mindsets. You will be responsible for the correct delivery of projects, monitor the cost-effort ratio, manage budgets and support the Head of IM in defining the strategic approach and team proposition, helping to define objectives, way of working and supporting her in managing the team. Job Title: Senior Influencer Marketing Manager Job Description: Key Accountabilities Identify the market and client needs in influencer marketing activities. Develop effective influencer marketing strategies, activities and campaigns, with an end-to-end management and workflow, working alongside different teams (mainly analysts, strategists, media and creative but also other DC teams), challenge and inspire them to develop great ideas through creators use. Design and present influencer strategies and approach to clients, partners and internal teams in a compelling and persuasive way. Be responsible for a client portfolio with a consultative and strategic approach to develop strong and effective influencer projects. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Budget and cost-efficiency management. Quali-quantitative analysis of talent and campaigns through KPIs and strategic learnings. Responsibility and support in people growth and professional development. Provide strategic and innovative inputs into new business, pitches and internal initiatives. Person Specification At least 5 years of work experience in IM/Creative/Media agencies with IM/PR and social project management (mainly Italian, an international experience is preferred) with a role of responsibility. Team-working attitude, experience in junior resources management. Autonomy in team training and inspiration initiatives. A strong passion and proven experience in influencer marketing, creativity and social project/integrated campaigns. Experience in collaborating with strategy and media areas. A media-oriented approach is preferred (previous experience in media agency or media group/company). Understanding of marketing and social media trends. Experience in social platforms, internal analysis tools, online monitoring and measurement tools. Italian mother language. Fluent English, spoken and written. Motivation and ambition to drive projects towards the highest quality standards. An excellent knowledge of the Italian talents' ecosystem, agencies and partners.
