We are looking for a Senior Innovation Consultant to help our clients strengthen their innovation potential by managing consulting projects.

We entrust this to you: Coordination and execution of innovation consulting projects: Manage innovation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery.

Workshop and training moderation: Organize and moderate workshops and training sessions for clients.

Service development and execution: As part of the Innovation Management team you co-develop and execute the Unit's services, contributing to continuous improvement.

Customer acquisition: Acquire new customers and prepare offer proposals.

You have what it takes: Master's or PhD in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Design, or similar fields 5+ years of experience (including PhD study time) Excellent skills in innovation, workshop facilitation, team motivation, strategic thinking, and project management.

Broad knowledge and experience in corporate innovation culture, strategy, and operations and a strong interest in digitalization, pioneering technologies and applications Flawless command of English, German, and Italian Do you want to keep growing in an inspiring and international working environment?
