Role Overview To support our expansion in Continental Europe , we are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Professional with a proven track record in fixed income sales and deep relationships within the European credit markets.

Focus Areas: High Yield (HY) Emerging Markets (EM) Special Situations & Distressed Debt Structured Credit & Convertibles The ideal candidate is a commercially driven, entrepreneurial professional who can immediately contribute to revenue generation by leveraging an established client book and facilitating trading opportunities across fixed income markets.
Key Responsibilities ? ? Develop & Expand Institutional Client Relationships – Strengthen and grow relationships with asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, banks, and insurance companies across Europe.
? ? Originate & Execute Fixed Income Trades – Identify trading opportunities and deliver tailored investment ideas and liquidity solutions.
? ? Market & Product Expertise – Utilize deep knowledge of credit markets, distressed debt, and structured products to maximize revenue opportunities.
? ? Collaborate Across Global Teams – Work closely with sales, trading, and research teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
? ? Revenue Growth & Business Expansion – Drive continuous revenue growth and diversification , contributing to the firm's strategic expansion initiatives.
? ? Compliance & Ethics – Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements , while maintaining high ethical standards in all client interactions.
Your Profile & Qualifications Proven track record in institutional credit sales , with an established client base in Europe.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in investment banking, brokerage, or institutional sales.
Strong relationships with senior decision-makers at European financial institutions, including asset managers, hedge funds, banks, and insurance firms.
Deep expertise in fixed income markets , particularly in high-yield, emerging markets, distressed credit, and special situations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills with the ability to drive revenue.
Fluent in English ; additional European languages ( Italian, German, French, etc. )
are highly valued.
High integrity and a team-oriented mindset , accustomed to working in close partnership with others.
