Join us as a Senior Internal Communications Manager!Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join the Communications department.
The position will be based in Milan, and start as soon as possible.
You will report to our Head of Internal Communications, based in Paris. The Senior Internal Communications Manager will lead the development and delivery of impactful internal communication strategies that engage employees across global and local levels.
This role requires balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organisational goals.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, adept at managing complex priorities and engaging with diverse, global teams.
This role is based in Milan and is also responsible for Internal Communications for Italy. You will primarily be responsible for:Strategic PlanningWork closely with the Head of Internal Communications and Internal Communications team to define communication priorities, supporting the organisations, strategic initiatives and cultural engagement. Support the delivery of the global internal communications strategy working as part of the internal communications team. Act as a trusted advisor providing guidance on internal messaging and communication approaches. Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy addressing the needs of the Italy businesses. Content Creation & DeliveryOversee global campaigns while tailoring content for regional and local audiences to ensure relevance and impact. Leverage multiple channels to maximise reach and employee engagement, including digital platforms, live events, and video content. Craft compelling and clear communications for the Group and Italy, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and intranet content, ensuring messaging is consistent and engaging. Employee Engagement and Internal EventsDrive initiatives to strengthen employee connection to the organisation's strategy and purpose. Design and execute engagement activities and events such as town halls, ESG & D&I activities, leadership events for the Group and for Italy. Measure and analyse employee feedback and engagement metrics to inform and improve communication efforts. Your profile:Skills & CompetenciesExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian with a strong understanding of storytelling and tone of voice. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities. Experience with internal communication tools, platforms, and metrics analysis. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in internal communications, with a focus on global and multi-regional communication strategies. Proven track record in managing large-scale communication campaigns and initiatives. Experience in a global, matrixed organisation is desirable.
