Senior Internal Sales Executive
Job Purpose: Internal co-owner of accounts with FSE / IKAM for the largest accounts delivering customer satisfaction and developing new sales opportunitiesKey account management for defined set of mid sized partner across the TD SYNNEX portfolio; incentivised based on total portfolioResponsibilities:Maximizes call potential and outcomes using a number of different sources to gain information on customer Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers Have a conversation with customer around a solution/product areaOffers recommendations to enhance the value proposition by collecting information from the customer to understand the business requirementsAchieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets for the aligned customer/ segmentBuilds excellent customer relationships through proactive engagementDevelops partner relationship (incl.
account planning, cross-selling etc. )
Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotionsAttainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as daily talk time and outbound callsSell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value propositionIdentify project opportunities and engages with BDM/ISS if specific product/ vendor knowledge is requiredEngages in active inside selling and "intelligent project fishing".
Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledgeGenerate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunitiesProvide accurate and timely quotations to customersEnsure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customersManage customer backorder expectations and reportingProactively develop relationships with key internal and external contactsEnsure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer informationKnowledge Skills and Experience3+ years of relevant professional experience in salesVery good product knowledgeExcellent sales skills and a proven track recordNumerate with good attention to detailExcellent telephone mannerPriority management and planning skillsStrive to achieve set targetsUnderstands Sales ProcessEffective Communication SkillsVery good relationship buildingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookIdeal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRMA knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essentialIT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essentialFluent spoken and written knowledge of EnglishWhat's In It For You?
